PARKING INFORMATION

The HOA management determines the number of parking spaces available for each property. All relevant parking details can be found in the property description. The Gulf Coast Lifestyle team provides parking passes to guests, though some properties require guests to purchase passes onsite. You will receive specific parking instructions at check-in.

If you plan to bring more vehicles than the allotted spaces, please arrange additional parking in advance.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
    •    Check-in: After 4:00 PM year-round. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. You will receive detailed check-in instructions 24 hours before your arrival.
    •    Check-out: By 10:00 AM year-round. Late check-outs will result in an additional day’s charge to ensure timely preparation for incoming guests.

AGE REQUIREMENT

Guests must be at least 25 years old to rent.

CANCELLATION POLICY
    •    Cancellations made at least 60 days before check-in will receive a full refund.
    •    Cancellations made less than 60 days before check-in are non-refundable.

INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY

We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your trip.
    •    Standard rain and storms do not qualify for cancellations.
    •    Refunds will be issued only if a Category 1 or higher hurricane places the rental unit within NOAA’s cone of certainty.
    •    In the event of a hurricane, guests must vacate the property 24 hours before landfall for safety. Unused nights will be reimbursed.

WHAT’S INCLUDED IN YOUR RENTAL?
    •    Linens & Towels: We provide standard linens for all beds and one bath towel per guest. Please bring your own beach towels.
    •    Kitchen Essentials: The kitchen is stocked with basic cookware and utensils. However, spices, condiments, and consumables are not provided.
    •    Starter Supplies: Each rental includes a limited supply of:
    •    Paper towels
    •    Trash bags
    •    Toilet paper
    •    Dish soap & dishwasher detergent
    •    Bar soap
Guests must provide additional supplies as needed, including laundry detergent, fabric softener, toiletries, and hair dryers.
    •    Beach Gear: Unless specified in the listing, beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, beach carts, and coolers are not provided.

EVENTS & GATHERINGS

Events, parties, weddings, receptions, and large gatherings are strictly prohibited. Rentals are located in residential areas, and disruptive events may result in eviction and forfeiture of rental payments.

SMOKING POLICY

All properties are 100% non-smoking. Smoking inside the rental is strictly prohibited. Evidence of smoking (e.g., odor, ashes, burns on furniture) will result in a minimum $500 fine, with additional charges for damages or extra cleaning.

PET POLICY
    •    Only dog-friendly properties allow pets. Look for listings marked as DOG FRIENDLY.
    •    No other pets are permitted (including cats).
    •    Guests bringing a pet to a designated dog-friendly rental must notify management.
    •    Unauthorized pets or evidence of pet-related damage (e.g., pet hair, urine stains) will result in a minimum $300 fine, with potential additional charges for damages or extra cleaning.

BEACH RULES & GUIDELINES

To help preserve our beautiful coastline, please follow these local regulations:
    •    Remove all personal belongings from the beach one hour after sunset or they will be disposed of by beach patrol.
    •    Prohibited items on the beach:
    •    Glass containers
    •    Metal shovels or excessive digging
    •    Litter
    •    Tents/structures larger than 12’x12’
    •    Overnight camping
    •    Fireworks
    •    Loud music
    •    Open fires
    •    Pets
    •    Vehicles
    •    Illegal drugs
    •    Stay off the dunes to protect local wildlife and ecosystems. Use designated beach walkovers and boardwalks.
    •    Follow the Beach Warning Flag System:
    •    Double red flags: Water is closed for public safety.
